The  differences between RA 2 Select and RadioRA 3 are listed below

RadioRA 2 Select and RadioRA 3 are both Lutron lighting control systems, RA 2 Select is ideal for homeowners who want full control of their system from installation to programming, Select uses a 400 MHz hub-spoke topology. RA2 Select uses the free mobile app from the app store for programming, It is DIY friendly and a very affordable system.

RadioRA 3 is the most recent Lutron system, offering features not found in RA2 Select. RA3 utilizes a 2.4 GHz mesh topology. RA3 also has broader integration possibilities with third-party devices, including security systems and AV setups. RA3 requires a PC software program and  in most cases the services of a programmer.
